Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients to create a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business development strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports for review by the Sales Manager.
- Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to align sales efforts.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
- On-boarding customers activities.
- Goal and Target base business development activities
- Identify new products based on analysis.
- Visit and participate in domestic and international exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
